Our crew can remove items from inside the property, garage, patio, office or curbside staging area. Please flag tight stairs, gated access, elevators, parking restrictions or unusually heavy pieces before the appointment so we can arrive prepared.

- Keep chemicals, fuel, wet paint and other hazardous materials apart.
- Tell us about fragile surfaces or building access rules.

What happens after pickup
Usable goods may be routed for reuse or donation when a receiving organization can accept them. Recyclable materials are separated when practical. Damaged or non-recoverable material goes to an appropriate disposal facility. We do not promise that every item can be donated, because acceptance depends on condition and current local policies.
